Moon is the Senior Scrum Master with Cigna Sales and Undersiting team. Moon was the Delivery Lead (Product Manager and Senior Scrum Master) with Digital customer experience group of MassMutual. Moon has previously worked as a Senior Business Consultant (Product Owner) with The Hartford Insurance Group and as a management-consulting manager with Infosys, PwC and Cognizant She has 13+ years of experience working with Fortune 500 Insurance companies in Agile, Project and Program Management, Product Management, Management Consulting, and Business Analysis. Moon is a recipient of Women of Color STEM 2015 award by Corporate Communications Group, United States. Moon is pursuing Doctorate in Business Administration and holds double master’s degree in Business Administration and Information Systems and Bachelor in Technology (Honors) in Computer Science. Moon has filed a patent to develop data navigation network (AI capabilities) for advanced insurance users. Moon is the permanent resident of the USA. Moon volunteers for Junior Achievement of Southwest New England. Moon enjoys traveling, coaching and teaching.  Moon is a recipient of Women of Color STEM 2015 award by Corporate Communications Group, United States. Moon is a Certified Scrum Professional, Certified Product owner, Certified Scrum Master, INS 21 and Six Sigma Green belt certified and she is pursuing PMP certification. Moon holds several certifications in scrum and agile. Moon is pursuing Doctorate in Business Administration and holds double master’s degree in Business Administration from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research (Top 20 B-schools in Asia) and Information Systems from Virginia Tech, USA and Bachelor in Technology (Honors) in Computer Science. Moon is the permanent resident of the USA and she enjoys traveling and teaching.
