Raghu Ragi

Hi myself Raghu Venkata Ragi, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering and 6 years of solid experience in testing the software. I worked on diversified Testing applications that work on Mainframes, Siebel, SharePoint, Windows Application & Web Services Testing and I do possess strong SQL skills.
I had strong 3+years of Banking and Financial Services domain exposure. Rest of the 2 yrs I spent in Telecom and Energy & Resources Domain (Retail) for an year each.
I have excellent debugging skills, and believe strongly that testing goes beyond just executing a test protocol and something that needs thinking out of box. One of my greatest strengths is my inquisitive nature. I have the ability to break the code, and to then fix it in order to prevent potential problems. I am a strong team player, whether I am working under the direction of a superior or in a supervisory role. 
I am proficient in Agile Testing Methodology. I started working as Scrum Master since mid of 2013 and got certifed as Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance Organisation in 2015. As I hail from Computer Science background, I have the experience necessary to tackle troubleshooting of network and Environment related issues. Report writing and Presentations aren't a problem for me, as I have superior communication skills and experience using a number of office applications useful for the generation of documents. As you can see, I am able to function in a wide range of capacities and never back away from any new challenge. Last but not least I strongly believe that Learning is a never ending process and its my habit to learn at least one new thing every day.
