I help owners and top executives change culture, organisational structure and business processes so that companies can realise their full potential. This gives organisations the ability to change as a result of changing customer needs, long-term market stability (if we can talk about it in our times) and independence from external consultants.
I mentored leaders of large international companies: Apple, SONY, US Department of Veteran Affairs, Norwegian Coast Guard, Overstock, Police, Cisco, SAP, Raiffeisen Bank, and many more.
I have been involved in strategic changes in various companies for over twenty years as a board member, investor and mentor, worked in 24 countries, held over 100 courses and certified over 3000 course participants.
I have different sports as hobby (kiting, yachting, golf, tech diving) :-). My mission is to raise the global level of awareness, empathy and mindfulness. I am a father of 4 and a happy man.
