Aqueelah Emanuel

My name is Aqueelah Emanuel.  I am an Entrepreneur, with 10+ years of experience in the software testing industry. Prior to that I was a buyers assistant for a design company and did a short stint working for a career outplacement company. I am also a self proclaimed career and business consultant. I have been writing since childhood. However, i’ve written professionally for 4 years and my articles have been featured in Lifehack.org, Women 2.0, BlacksinTechnology, Medium and Linkedin.

I am very familiar with the startup ecosystem as I have spent the past 8 years working in startups. I have experience working as a Self Employed QA Consultant with various companies, as well as a full-time employee in entry, mid and director level positions. My industry experience includes but is not limited to; media advertising, SaaS, gaming, transportation and oil & gas.

I hold an Associates Degree in Applied Computer Science, with concentrations in Programming and Psychology. I also hold a Bachelors Degree in Information Science, with a concentration in Networking. In February of 2015, I obtained my Certified ScrumMaster Certification.
