Manojeet Chatterjee

Manojeet Chatterjee has over 14 years of IT experience with specialization in Project Management, Agile, System Analysis and Onsite Coordination, and he has been overseas in Europe and United States for over 12 years.

He has been associated with prestigious clients such as Honda , Eaton,  GE , Thales and Nissan. He has managed projects having budget of 5 million USD and managed Support Services of applications that have 30,000 user base across the globe. He has proven to build strong client relationships with excellent communication skills and by mastering business knowledge in short time. Successful in highly demanding projects that needed high level of drive, dedication and focus of the whole team. He has vast cross domain experience; such as Air Traffic Management , SCM Automobile , Return Material Analysis , Electrical Product Configuration, Order Management and Fire & Security.

He has over 10 years of experience in Waterfall projects, and has been involved in all the phases Requirement gathering, Scope Management, Planning, Scheduling, Executing, Controlling & Change Management. He made transition to Agile project management in 2011 , and has been managing small to large projects in agile methodology. In 2013 , he managed a $3 million project in Scrum in Honda. This project was executed on a tenure of 2 years , that integrated automobile warranty quality systems across the globe and  then added capability in North American quality system. 

With experience of over 4+ years in Agile , he is now considered Agile mentor for projects in his organization. He has trained  trained many project managers on agile methodology and accessed projects following agile methodology. He also has been asked to work through the tradition waterfall model red tapes , and find a hybrid agile solution for some organizations. He also has trained clients for the role of Product Owner, and this was the most challenging part of agile evolutions for a organization that is planning to reeve benefits of agile.

In the line of work Manojeet had to actively play a role of Business Analysts to complement the Project Manager and Scrum Master roles. He always took the front seat during requirement gathering with stakeholders. He has experience of more that 6+ years in Business Analysts role, and is known to get the at the bottom of the needs of customer and help them evolve a more mature requirement. He , as Scrum Master, played a curtail role to work with Product Owners to groom the Product Backlog. He also helped the teams to come up with a solutions that worked for all - product owners and development teams. He has been able to streamline the expectation level of higher management stating that agile is not “Silver Bullet” but a way to provide maximum transparency to the actual health of the projects.

He has rewarded by his organization for his excellent project management skills and agile initiatives in the organization. He is certified as Project Management Professional (PMP) by PMI , and he holds Professional Scrum Master I ( PSM by Scrum.org ), CSM ( Certified Scrum Master by Scrum Alliance) and PMI-ACP ( Agile Certified Practitioner by PMI ) certifications on Agile. He also certified for ITIL v3@ Foundation during his managed service support engagement lead position.
