Tim Hovey

Tim Hovey is currently a product owner for Fidelity's Sales Support and Compensation group, supporting PI incentive compensation and the ICM platform. I work with a highly motivated and passionate group that always seem to get the job done. I am happily married and have 2 children in college and live in America's hometown, Plymouth MA.

As a Product Owner, I have supported multiple scrum teams, worked with various scrum coaches, and have been a prominent participant in evolving and scaling agile in our organization. I have also had to work with offshore teams and acted as a coach where needed.
