Frank Schimpf

I have worked in the IT industry for many years, and have managed infrastructure, application development, process engineering, eCommerce development, mobile application deployments, and business management consulting projects.  In addition, I also have experience in migration and global deployment projects. 

I have worked with SharePoint for many years for Project Management portals to document management.  I recently finished a 2 year SharePoint Construction Management / Document Management creation and deployment project.

I am experienced with managing SDLC, Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile projects.  Most of these projects have been large, long term (18-36 month) projects that have included teams up to 25 onshore and offshore resources. I have also managed portfolios of smaller projects.  While at Judge Consulting, I also managed several Mobile Application development projects.

I currently hold a Master's Certificate in Project Management (PMI based) from George Washington University

I am also a Certified SCRUM Master with experience in Kanban.
