Saif has over 25 years of experience in IT and Business transformation. He has led geographically diverse teams between US and India.
Saif has range of experience in large scale transformations across various industries. Some of my customers (while employed at TATA Consultancy services) were Federal Reserve Bureau, JP Morgan Chase bank, and Cardinal Health. Saif has also worked as Independent consultant at Fifth Third bank, Bank of America, and Fidelity Investments.
Saif has designed and delivered multiple agile courses and workshops. Saif is very comfortable coaching and mentoring Teams, Scrum Master, Product Owner, LOB Managers, and helping Executives in adopting lean values and agile principles. Saif also has expertise in Professional Coaching that he uses in one on one sessions.
