Sarah Blaesing most notably while at IHG Sarah took ownership of the delivery of several multi-million dollar/year initiatives. She not only acted as the Product Owner but as the Product Manager ensuring that the requirements were gathered from the stakeholders in a timely manner and implemented within budget and on time. She has also been coaching and training other Product Owners and Scrum Masters while at IHG on Scrum principles and best practices. Sarah has earned her CSP and is a certified Scrum Professional, Certified Product Owner, Certified Scrum Master, in addition to holding two SAFe certifications and ten years of Scrum experience. Sarah also started an internal mentoring program for 150 women to connect with senior leaders at IHG and was part of the leadership team for Lean In at IHG.
