Production Manager overseeing a 70-strong R&D department with multiple development tracks and live operations for Mobile, SNS games and HD titles.

I’m a strategist and particularly enjoy building efficient teams, establishing profitable departments and high output management. Project wise, I take a transversal role across all projects and closely monitor the development cycle, resources allocation, budget and forecasting, project supply and new opportunities.
To boil it down to a simple line, my role is to facilitate, assist and optimize all aspects of managing an effective R&D department.

I'm also taking a stance on improving technology by being directly involved in the development of tailored tools and turnkey solutions that help local teams and provide value at group level (SaaS).
