I have been a Scrum Master since 2014. I had the opportunity to work with multiple teams, one as a brand new SM with a team that had no previous training. I worked with that team for over 2 years, aThis team did reach a.high level of marturity.  I experienced some very successful initiatives with my teams, as well as saw tremendous individual growth of agile maurity. 

Since Dec 2019 I am working as a consultant for an organization with only a few people having any Agile training.  It is a challenging role.  My primary team  has really blossomed as a team. They have fun, are successful (and they love that), and do embrace continuous improvement.   I also teach 3 agile professional development classes at a local university.

My personal interests include gardening and traveling with my husband and three children.
