David Kaiser

David Kaiser was first introduced to Scrum in 2006.  He functioned as a team member on a Development Team within an organization that was transitioning to Scrum.  This experience gave him insight into the common pain points and their respective solutions encountered by a team moving from a traditional development approach to an agile approach.  Later, he was able to leverage this knowledge in another organization that was interested in agile development practices.  David was instrumental in the success of a pilot Scrum implementation where he served as a ScrumMaster.  Ultimately, the success of that pilot implementation led to Scrum adoption for the entire development department.  David is passionate about discovering new opportunities to be more efficient through process improvement.  His long-term career goal is to become a CST and excite others about the benefits of Agile and specifically Scrum.
