Jie Cao

Cao, Jie(Jane Cao) has 10 years PM/BA/PO experience at State Street Global Markets which is providing the trading and research services for the institutional investors. Jane was leading local 3 scrum teams working with the global scrum teams to deliver the applications on time, her main responsibility includes defining the product backlog, leading the release planning activities among the global teams and identify&manage the risk and dependencies prior to or within the sprints. Within one year her teams and the other global teams delivered the complete products which would be completed in more than 3 years before the scrum was adopted. Before as the PO role in the scrum teams, Jane was leading the project teams covering most of the business units in State Street Global Markets to deliver the applications on time. Jane took the responsibilities of analyzing the requirements, documenting the requirements, prioritizing the requirements and elaborating the business values and process for both sides of business and technology. Jane graduated from Zhejiang University in 2005 with two degrees of English Language and Finance.
