In my current role, I work with Programs and Project teams in their Agile Transformation journeys. My current engagement is the Agile Transformation and MVP based Agile Deliveries for one of the largest financial institutions in the USA
• I also conduct Agile Trainings, Workshops, and Deep Dive sessions on various aspects of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban. I have conducted Training and Workshops for 1500+ associates at Cognizant.
• I am an Empanelled Agile Trainer at Cognizant. Empanelment is awarded to only those coaches who consistently get a feedback of 85%+ from the participants of the training that the coaches conduct on a regular basis.
