Ashwinee Kalkura is a seasoned software professional with 15 years of experience in diverse industries like Telecom, Networking, Mobile and Retail. He has experience in multiple software methodologies and a big believer of Agile. His areas of expertise include Project Management, Test Automation, Setting up metrics for teams working in Agile/Waterfall, Agile coaching/mentoring, Customer engagement. He has worked with clients/colleagues in different geographies including India, USA, France, China and Korea. His next stint was at a start-up called Kodiak Networks (Jan2005-Oct2007) where he played role of Technical Specialist and worked on Push to Talk technology where his role required him to test and deploy the solution at Telecom Service Providers. He next worked at Freescale Semiconductor (Oct2007-Apr2009)as a Technical Lead and worked on mobile platforms. Ashwinee was introduced to Scrum/XP/Triage here. The next assignment for him was at Cognizant Technology Solutions (May2009-Jul2012) where he was part of setting up a large engagement and running the teams. He has managed the teams with multiple methodologies like Waterfall, Iterative Development, Scrum. In his current role, at Target (Jul2012-Present) Ashwinee managed Automation team bringing in efficiency and ROI to the teams. Currently he is part of Agile transformation team and coaches teams.
