Chris Campbell has extensive experience in Lean Startups, Business Operations, Software development and building Agile Delivery Shops. He is a born leader with a passion for leading high performing Agile Teams to deliver value first. His industry experience includes ventures in Lean Culture Accelerators, Lean & Agile Transformations, DevOps, Mobile App development, Mobile Banking & Retail IT, Mobile Purchasing, Database Infrastructures, Digital and Online advertising, Social Media, Agriculture, and the entertainment industry.
His current engagement is working with Nike Innovation Tech Labs to help make *Athletes better and Nike Consumer Digital Tech, (nikeplus.nike.com) as an Lean-Agile Culturist/Program Delivery Mgr. to continuously transform Nike's Culture to produce high performing teams that have a laser focus working smarter and faster at doing the right thing first. When not at work, Chris donates much of his time learning about innovation startups in tech and building tech infrastructures in under-developed countries. He also advises youth leaders from urban communities that are heading up new startups and business leaders who are building infrastructures in a global emerging markets to make an impact in technology.
Chris is a Servant Leader and has a Master degree in English Composition from Cal State San Bernardino, a Bachelor’s degree from Cal State University in Long Beach and an Executive MBA Candidate from the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito School of Management in Claremont, California.
