Jennifer Palsgrove

My name is Jennifer Palsgrove and I am a certified PMP, PMI-ACP and CSM with more than 15 years of experience in the Healthcare IT industry. I began my career as a Dental Enrollment representative, which required me to enroll Dental providers to allow them to process their claims electronically. Once I graduated from College, with a degree in Business Management and an emphasis in Computer Information Systems, I moved more toward a Business Analyst role. This role required me to analyze mapping documents for insurance payers (BCBS, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.) and document requirements that would be used by developers to build the electronic connections to process claims electronically. In 2007 I moved into a Project Manager role managing healthcare IT projects, then into an Agile Project Manager role and now into a Scrum Master role. I currently lead 3 Scrum teams and a KanBan team, as well as manage high profile migration projects.
