Ms. Jiang is a Certified Scrum Professional(CSP) Certified Scrum Master(CSM), Certified Scrum Developer(CSD) and Certified Scrum Product Owner(CSPO). She has over 15 years of diverse experience planning and leading quality assurance testing of complex distributed software applications and telecommunications hardware. She has supported a number of successful product development teams by fostering tight collaboration between development and QA, and incorporating proven QA best practices into project operating models. She played the role as a Scrum Master and Scrum Master's Scrum Master, helped and coach different teams and scrum masters to institute agile principles and practices successfully in different projects.
As the person responsible for the testing teams’ capability, she acts as the Product Owner , leading the testing COE training and Boot Camp, establishing the vision for building the capabilities of the team to be world-class, and working with a team of trainers to develop, deliver, and enhance (inspect and adapt) the content to continue developing the team to achieve this vision.
