Clayton Dean

Dedicated Agile-ist with strong software development, account development, and product management skills.  I began my career as a hands-on team member, including, application developer and business analyst advancing into ever greater responsibilities and management roles to include VP of Professional Services of a dot.com, Advisor to a mobile App, and Managing Director of a consultancy.  I've worked both as CSM and CSPO and have a long history of delivering technical solutions to business users in virtually all team roles. I have both an MBA (George Washington University) and MIT (Va Tech) -- literally straddling the business and technology fucntions.  I am most proud, however to have years of 'on the ground' experience to offset any 'ivory tower' tendencies.    My credentials include the CSM, CSPO, CSD, CSP, the Cert Business Analyst Professional (CBAP),  PMP and PMI-ACP.  Finally I'm married with three children and live in Arlington, VA .  I am a fanatical soccer player, cyclist and looks forward to reaching out to other Agile practitioners.
