I am a Technologist involved in the area of software development since 1998.
Having been involved in developing software applications and frameworks across domains such as Telecom, Mobile, and Enterprise and in varied environments like large enterprises and start-ups, I have had the opportunity to witness and contribute to significant changes in software development through my various jobs.
I have had the opportunity of being involved in Agile transformation (through Scrum) since 2008. I have played roles of Scrum master, Coach, Trainer, Agile developer, Agile PM and Product owner at various stages I have witnessed the power of Agile in general, and Scrum in particular, in catalysing innovation and unleashing productivity.
