Tracy Lang - I began my career at Lexmark. I traveled around the greater Chicago area to Best Buy, Office Max, Office Depot and CompUSA stores training their employees on our printers. I was promoted and began account management for several key accounts including Apple, IBM, Sony & Dell. While working on the Dell account I saw an opportunity to create an onsite printer specialist role. I created the role and pitched it to both Dell and my managment team at Lexmark. The role was not only created, but replicated in both the US and Europe. I was flown to Paris to train two employees covering Ireland and Bratislava. From the onsite printer specialist role, I transitioned to Dell. Over the past 8 years, I have worked in several roles from mobile marketing to product management. I take great pride in both my team and my work. I have enjoyed every role I have been given and I look forward to seeing how the skill acquired over the years will help me succeed in my future roles.
