Jerome Brown is an agile transformation agent who is responsible for integrating or introducing Scrum into software developments within the government, non-profit and educaton sectors. Senior project manager/ Scrum Master who just completed a project leading high performance, cross functional teams on multiple projects for time sensitive, business critical software applications projects. I'm skilled in the areas of Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, SDLC, Business/Client Relations, Resource, Risk and Release Managements. I have over 18 years experience in IT and Software development with the last 10 focused in IT project management. During my last 3 projects, I've transitioned teams from Waterfall to Agile methodologies. Through the years, I have enhanced my project management skills by obtaining certifications such as: the Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI – Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). As a lead college professor of Computer Science and Mathematics, I have developed or revamped over 10 courses with a focus on curriculum development and metrics analysis. I think my experience and skill set are in harmony with the qualifications required for your project manager position.
