Eshan Chawla’s past three decades of experience blends private and public sector, technology and business, consulting and industry with numerous certifications spanning more than half a dozen Agile frameworks. Eshan's Agile certifications include Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) SAFe Program Consultant (SPC5), SAFe Agilst, PMI-Agile Certified Professional, ICAgile Instructor, AgilePM Instructor and Practitioner (DSDM). And, of course Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Developer (CSD). He has been working with Agile frameworks for over two decades even prior to the term itself being coined. Further Eshan is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and PRINCE2, Instructor and Practitioner. He was part of the Project Management Institute, PMI's standards committee for Portfolio and Program Management standards which are now used for the Portfolio Management Professional (PtMP) and Program Management Professional (PgMP) He has an MBA in Entrepreneurship along with Masters in Computer Science (MS) and Masters of Science (MSc) in Physics. This helps him to provide a unique and pragmatic perspective to innovatively provide guidance and coaching to clients on consulting and training engagements. Prior to starting his own firm, Eshan was a Principal Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, part of the CIO services at Deloitte, Managing Consultant at General Electric (GE), and Project Governance Practice Director at Management Decisions.
