Fabio Cruz has more than 27 years of experience in IT contexts, work on different roles in Product Development and ALM, where proven track record as Developer, Application Architect, Technical Leader, Business Analyst and Project Manager. He helped to teams to build and deliver solutions for several different niches such as education, retail, financial, energy, ecommerce (b2c, b2g, b2b) and others in national and international companies including remote teams around the World. He is also an author, trainer, speaker, entrepreneur and an experienced volunteer.

He is a founder and works as Agile Coach at FabioCruz.com, where of the last 6 years act as change agent helping the Agile Transformation in organizations through services as improving the software development process, teaching and enabling new Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Product Owners and Dev Teams on how to build and deliver software faster with efficiency and effectiveness using agile good practices as High Business Value, Iterative Development, Continuous Integration, Test Automation, Continuous Improvement, Clean Code, Refactor, Code Review, TDD and BDD.
Fabio is one of the pioneers, of the Brazilian agile and projects community, talking and defense about Hybrid Models that aiming transform traditional to agile companies. He is the founder of FabioCruz.com (blog), where he wrote more than 300 articles, videos and podcasts, beyond had written for famous Brazilians portals and magazines.

He wrote the 3 following books about in Agile themes in Portuguese Edition and published by Brasport: Scrum e PMBOK(2013), Scrum e Agile em Projetos(2015), PMO Ágil(2016).

Fabio is a frequent speaker in companies and national conferences accumulating more than 40 lectures in the last years. He is one of the most influential Agile and Scrum Trainer and the first creator and facilitator of the agile workshop that combine Scrum, PMBOK, Kanban and Lean, where accumulated dozens of classes around Brazil.
