Hi,

I am Siva Kumar Yandra, having 19+ years of software industry experience in Microsoft technologies and agile areas.

Practiced Agile software development using Scrum, Kanban and XP practices for  several years – in a scaled Scrum environment and with geographically distributed teams.

I started my software career in 2003 as a software developer and worked on client-server, Windows and web projects. I played various roles 
in my career that include: Tech Lead, Project Lead, Project Manager, Delivery Manager,Scrum Master and Agile Coach. 

I also have a strong technical background that helps me to contribute to the teams in technical guidance and engineering practices coaching.

I started my agile journey in 2010 and played Scrum Master and Team Coach roles and I thoroughly understand the challenges in these roles.
