I have 20+ years of experience in IT in the Indianapolis area. I have been practicing Agile and Scrum since 2008. I have been a business analyst, developer, Product Owner, and Scrum Master. Since 2015, I have been working as an Agile Coach and now serve as the Enterprise Agile Coach and Practice Leader at Crowe, LLP, where I facilitate Training, coach teams and leaders, mentor scrum masters and product owners and generally lead the Agile Transformation initiatives and programs created to remove barriers to Agility or help improve the Agile Culture and Mindset of the company.
I have also been a board member of Agileindy since 2016 (member since 2013), and served as Conference Committee Chair in 2017 and 2023 and president since 2020.
