Sophie Schwalbe

Sophie Schwalbe is a passionate Software Engineer. She loves both team play and individual performance. Back in 1996 she started programming and 1998 she had her first tiny customer projects. By studying informatics and gaining more and more experience with custom software creation her interests and activities evolved massively for quality in general, development processes, co-working and business results. Her work experience is based on a wide range of internet projects, from a tiny ad-hoc landing page to a high load and critical application in financial sector. Always three constants raise in her mind and practice: customer, satisfaction, outcome. From 2006 on she started working as a freelancer and founded a company in 2011 finally. Now together with her company mates she supports her customers to identify and reach their goals in time by honest hands-on consulting in a trusted way.
