Sunny Dhillon

Sundeep Dhillon began his career as a Software Developer specialising in Java technologies.  Over the years, he moved into Management and Agile Coaching.  Sundeep’s journey in Agile dates back to 2007 implementing Extreme Programming practices including Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration.  In the last 6 years, he has transitioned from Scrum Master positions to Agile Coach, sharing his experiences with his colleagues and the Agile community.

His love and passion to help organisations deliver value to customers has seen Sundeep coach Agile teams and organisations in their Agile transformations.  In addition to Agile practices, Sundeep has also coached and led Lean initiatives to help organisations eliminate waste, helping teams become more productive and delivering more value to customers.

He loves to coach and teach Agile principles using the latest BrainScience research to make learning fun, interactive and hands on over traditional PowerPoint slides presentations.  Sundeep is a strong believer in continuous learning through reading, experimenting and conversations.  He will often been seen attending Agile conferences and local MeetUps, wherever possible co-facilitating.

Sundeep is SAFe SPC 4, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Lean Greenbelt Certified (Lean Sensei) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
