Mike Staab is a Project Management Professional and has over 17 years experience with Oracle Applications software and Business Process Reengineering including project management, implementation, configuration, testing, analysis, design, development and administration in various government and commercial environments. He has led multiple full scale ERP implementations as either the consulting Project Manager or internal employee Project Manager. He has led Oracle Application upgrades as the consulting Project Manager including R12. Mr. Staab has extensive hands on application expertise with financials, projects, distribution, manufacturing, and CRM as well as development experience customizing Oracle Applications functionality. Additional expertise includes Business Process Reengineering as a Process Engineer.
