Tomas Björkholm

Tomas Björkholm is my name and I have been working with Scrum since 2004 and in an Agile way since 1996. I have since 2007 worked as a consultant with various task, such as Scrum Master, Product Owner but mostly Agile coaching and training. I have held more than 200 courses in Agile and Scrum. While coaching I work with teams, organisation and management.

I am co-author to the Swedish book ”Prioritera, Fokusera, Leverera” (Eng: Prioritize, Focus, Deliver). I’m also author to the book ”Kanban development in 30 days” that was published 2015.

I have a video clip on Youtube where I talk about the problem of doing Scrum procedures without the Scrum culture.
