Jonathan A. Mintz, J.D.

As Chief Operations Officer for The WealthCounsel Companies, LLC, I am responsible for oversight of all aspects of company operations including operations of two member support organizations: (1) WealthCounsel, LLC, which provides efficiency, competency and profitability to 1750+ -member law firms nationwide focusing in estate planning, business planning and related practice areas; and (2) The Advisors Forum, LLC, which provides a proven marketing system that generates consistent new business for accountants, attorneys, financial planners, insurance advisors and trust officers who practice in the estate and wealth planning arenas. 

I am also a frequent author and speaker on all areas of wealth planning, including effective collaboration among estate and financial planning professionals and how to generate consistent business from allied professionals. 

In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors with my wife and two daughters, and I am an avid cyclist (I’ve ridden the infamous Tour de France mountains of Alpe d’Huez, Col du Tourmalet and Mt. Ventoux, among others, as well as Mt. Evans and Loveland Pass (CO) and Haleakala (HI)).
