 Robert E. (Bob) Wyatt is a PMP, a CSM, and a member of NTT DATA's Education Services Group (ES). He was responsible for the initiation of NTT DATA’s Project Office function in the Americas and its subsequent evolution to include Quality Assurance, Methodology Development, Project Portfolio tracking, and Project Management training.  Mr. Wyatt  conducts Executive Overviews and Project Management training seminars on NTT DATA’s proprietary Principles for Project Success (PPS) approach to project management, Agile Scrum Framework, Project Estimating and Risk Management (PERM), Virtual Teaming (VT), Global Project Management (GPM), Project Manager Competency Development, and other project management-related topics. 

 With over 40 years in information systems management and consulting, Mr. Wyatt consults on the professional development of project managers and the practical application of behavioral approaches to project management.  He is often a speaker on the topic of project management for symposiums and professional organizations.

 The special quality that Mr. Wyatt brings to his training seminars and speaking engagements is his accumulated experience in project management.  Bob Wyatt has held many technical, sales, and business management positions at NTT DATA, including project manager, systems manager, branch manager, practice manager, and regional manager. He has trained literally tens of thousands of people from hundreds of different clients.  As a matter of practice, Mr. Wyatt spices all of his engagements with a flavor of "real life" in project management that comes from this experience.  He is the author of several articles on project management topics, editor and contributor to the publication of NTT DATA’s book on “Principles for Project Success” and developed Keane’s Project Risk Assessment Method (PRAM) used on many client engagements. He graduated with honors from Northeastern University in Boston with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
