About
My name is Csaba Danko. I’m working at Evosoft Hungary Kft(Budapest, Hungary) at healthcare division since 2007. This is a subsidiary company for Siemens AG. I worked as software developer in 2 scrum teams for two years, than became a scrum master of other 2 teams. I’ve had my CSM certificate in nov. 2012 after a course held by Jeff Sutherland in Wiesbaden, Germany. Then I returned with lots of new knowhow and injected them in our daily work creating high performant teams. Our software is a huge one, almost 30 scrum teams are working together in 4 countries. In such an environment I experinced a lot, I’ve become leader of a continuous improvement group spreading and sharing best practices through countries and many teams, synchronizing our daily agile work. From 2014 I’m participating also in an agile transition for 13 projects in the Industry sector, Siemens AG\Evosoft Hungary Kft. I’m ready to help, to give feedback and i'm always open to learn and know more to strengthen my change agent repsonsability in this agile world.
