Zhiwei Xu

Zhiwei Xu is a certified scrum master with over 10 years of experience in Project Management, Agile, Scrum, Lean and DevOps. He was a scrum master, who lead a team providing engineering tools to the all internal software teams. He was also the chief scrum master in the organization, driving and facilitating agile processes and program execution for the whole product development. He identifies and removes impediments and drives program-level continuous improvement.

Besides agile project managemnt experience, he has a strong technical background, because he is also a software developer for many years with the favor of clean code, test driven development.  While he is in the scrum master role, he also coaches his colleagues about refactoring, clean code, and TDD. He has more than 10 years programming experience of various laguages, e.g. C, C++, Java, Ruby, Python, Shell, HTML and javascript.
