I’m dedicated to deliver results. To delight the customer, and to make teams aware how to continuously improve the way they work, and the quality of what they deliver.

Agile practices, such as Scrum and Kanban, are a natural way to combine all of these passions. Self-managing teams, delivering high quality software, aiming to deliver real value to their customer, while improving the team’s and personal competences.

That is why I love to coach teams to adapt Agile.

I have more than ten years experience in software development. Through the years, I have gained a broad experience. Agile project management is one thing. But how do we introduce the new Agile concepts to our business team? And how do we deal with the architecture roadmap? How will Agile impact our steercos and management reporting? And how do we deal with resource management?
