I am Fakrudeen A Alaudeen who started the career in IT and have overall IT 16 years experiences. 5 Years as Scrum Master. 5 Years as Project Manger. Currently working at Aetna as Scrum Master. My experiences & responsibilities are Scrum Master with Agile software development – Scrum and Kanban Responsibility All project implemented in Aetna are Next Gen Platform – Vision 2020 – SAFe 4.0 and Agile Domain (Using Sprint or Kanban board) Lead 3 teams of 24 members in the Train for the successful delivery of Data migration from DB2(EDW) to Hadoop (Data lake), Redbrick project and De-identification (PHI) release to implementation within the established program roadmap. Configured Jira for scrum project and Kanban board with workflow, filters and setting the project to the estimated timeline. Prepare accurate estimate with team involvement marking to T-shirt sizing or using story point’s card. Provided Business idea’s that adds enterprise level value and focus the team towards core values. Provided cogent and accurate status of work including release / sprint with burn down chart and team velocity. Retrospectives meeting with team to ensure continuous improvement & removal of blockers for upcoming sprint Lead Scrum of Scrum (SoS) meetings to facilitate inter-team communication, dependency management, and issue resolution Using Kanban Priorities the Issues to drive the team to focus the daily task and reduce the backlog of Issue. Validate the core business/ application issues and priority then with Product owner. Plan and allocate resources to work on knowledge base to close the task with define time. Timely have meeting with Kanban team to motivate and feedback session. Presented results and recommendations to management team for upcoming action and planning.
