Olivier is an experienced, service oriented and results driven project and programme manager who spent the past 10 years working on IT projects ranging in size from 50 to 4000 man days, managing simultaneously up to 50 people split in geographically dispersed teams spanning several time-zones, with high exposure to rising and/or widely adopted technologies and methodologies.

His assignments led him to work in various industries, with a focus on banking systems, where his strong analytical skills showed crucial in delivering business enhancing solutions. His expertise, interpersonal skills and multicultural background helps him win the buy-in of key stakeholders on complex, multi-regional engagements. He knows how to quickly adapt to his environment and read it.

Before working in the IT industry, Olivier started his career as freelance business consultant in Beijing, where he helped local companies understand how the shifting market conditions (moving from planned to market economy) could prove most beneficial for them, identifying the threats and opportunities that laid ahead.
