Bertram Schuetze

Bertram Schütze has over 30 years of experience as a consultant in various industries. In the projects, he had the following roles in particular: Product Owner, Coach, Project Manager, Process Manager,  Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Tester, Test Manager and Programmer.

In addition to classical organizational and IT consulting, in recent years he has concentrated on supporting companies on their way to agility. His strength is that he knows both the old world with its large and complex structures and the new agile world. He knows how to connect the one with the other and how to use the advantages of both worlds.

As Product Owner he was involved in the development of the software for over 20'000 mobile devices of the Swiss Post for about 18'000'000 CHF. He introduced Scrum and developed the methods for Requirements Engineering. Later, as Product Owner, he led the development of Data Analytics projects.

Until May 2019 he supported Swiss Post in the introduction of Process Management, especially in an agile environment.

Now he is managing director of his Swiss consulting company ProAgile GmbH.

He is educated as a physicist and organizer. He is a certified Certified Scrum Professional - Product Owner and Scrum Master (CSP-PO and CSM).
