Currently Scrum Master certified since May 2012.  My focus is to roll out Agile/Scrum methods to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.  We have been through several phases so far over the course of 2 years.  Current focus is to expand the use of Agile, specifically:

1.  In our IT Delivery organization (Scrum teams or Project Teams)
2.  Provide the awareness and education to extended teams supporting the project teams
3.  Develop a center of excellence to create a self governing and sustaining compentancy (for key roles such as Product Owner and Scrum Master).
4.  Create a repeatable process which also incorporates our corporate specific needs.
5.  Expand the use of Test Automation and Continous Delivery/Integration
6.  Formally evaluate tools and propose an enterprise standard for the Agile tool.
