Title: Agile/Scrum Coach

Matthias Racke started his career in 2006 at IBM. He gained well-founded knowledge as business/IT analyst and software process engineer in large international software development projects within different industries. In 2011 he introduced Scrum as software development method on a large software development project in the public sector. During this engagement he gained valuable experiences in Scrum, scaling Scrum and agile transitions.

In 2016 he left IBM and joined wibas, a consultancy that focuses on implementing modern work practices like Agile, Scrum and Lean with its customers. In his role as Scrum Coach and Agile Change Agent he facilitates interactive workshops to introduce Scrum basics and coaches teams on their way to Scrum and agility. Matthias is valued for his authentic way to introduce Scrum and its principles and values to organizations. Beside Scrum he's also inspired by other agile approaches like Kanban and Design Thinking.
