Washington Padilla

My name is Fernando Padilla, I am from Ecuador and I studied Electronic Engineering specializing in Telecommunications. For 15 years I have participated in projects related to this field in different roles applying agile and traditional methodologies of projects based on the best practices dictated by the Scrum Alliance, PMI and IPMA. I am currently working at CLARO Ecuador as Operation and Maintenance Manager, and internally I have led projects aimed at the continuous improvement of the operation of the mobile network. I am a founding partner of Consultant GAPRO Ecuador in strategic alliance with DHARMA Peru, where we specialize in training and consulting in project management and PMOs.
