Title: Agile/Scrum Coach

As an Agile Coach, I have coached and transitioned teams and programs to Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and

Scaled Scrum.  Spent the last five years coaching teams, and team roles and responsibilities, in Scrum and Agile.  Also, have led 3 Agile Release Trains (Agile Programs) and multiple Program Increments (PI’s).  Transitioned teams to Scrum by teaching the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification classes then mentoring them, as their coach in Scrum best practices.  Have led multiple software development, infrastructure, and knowledge worker IT Scrum projects.  Understands how to interpret Story Maps, Backlogs, Velocity Charts, and Burn Graphs in order to effectively manage teams and empower sponsors to make intelligent project decisions that benefit the department’s bottom line.  Led teams through Planning Sessions, Showcases / Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.  These ceremonies are powerful tools in producing team synergy and eliminating waste.  Have experience in coaching traditional waterfall PM’s and their project teams into productive Scrum teams.  Earned Highest Honors award for his B.S. Degree in Technical Project Management.
