Florian Huber
About
Florian Huber is a project lead and Scrum Master at Wunder, an European, full-service software company, which delivers web-based business solutions to their customers. He is working within international teams for customers world-wide, most of the time in a remote setup.
Wunder's projects follow Scrum in a rather pure way, including procurement, requirements analysis ("discovery"), development until support of launched websites. Besides his work as project lead, Florian is involved in sales as well as agile trainings: during pre-project meetings with customers, he can excell as a passionate evangelist for agile practices and usually presents the "agile way" in a very lively and convincing fashion. He can even dive deeper into the beauty of agile and Scrum practices within one to two day customer trainings, which are either provided on-demand or as part of every project kick-off.
Although having touched base with agile more than 7 years ago, the passionate advocate of agile & lean software development methodologies has enjoyed his first time in a pure Scrum-run project as a software developer four years ago. The experiences during the following two years have had a strong influence on Florian's approaches and thinking about agile and Scrum in particular: everything can be done agile - but, let's be pragmatic if suitable, too.
At the moment, Florian has a strong interest in creating best-practices for remote, agile teams.
