Richard W. Kroon is a business executive with a track record of success in product, project, program, and line management in the media & entertainment industry, including senior positions with the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) and Technicolor. His areas of expertise include software development; process reengineering; digital asset and metadata management; Internet anti-piracy; and stereoscopic (3D) post-production and analytic services. Mr. Kroon is also an award-winning videographer and the author of three books, including A/V A to Z and Technicolor’s Guide to 3D. He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner, and Certified ScrumMaster. Mr. Kroon has a BS in Computer Science, an MBA with a focus on technology management, an MA in Media Psychology, and post-graduate certificates in Film and Television Production. He lives in the San Fernando Valley north of Los Angeles with his wife, two rabbits, and a variable number of cats.
