My professional journey began at Allegis Group, where I quickly advanced through various roles, gaining a deep understanding of e-learning systems and web development.  My ability to integrate advanced training practices and manage multiple projects concurrently showcased my exceptional organizational skills and commitment to continuous improvement. I played a pivotal role in configuring and implementing software initiatives like Plateau (LMS), Cornerstone (LMS), and Brightcove (Video Streaming Platform).

At TEKsystems, I further honed my project management skills.
