Over 15 years of professional experience and 8 years Agile experience, working for variety of companies within several industries including Banking & Financial Services, Health and the Government.

I am a big fan of Agile particularly Scrum that I named my company Agile BI. We deliver BI/Data Analytics projects using Agile/Scrum practices and methods. 

I started my Agile journey in year 2000 with a small development team where we used XP. Then in Australia my real Agile projects started with my work for large financial services companies and banks such as NAB (National Australia Bank) where I was involved in the Agile Community of practice and learned a lot.

I strongly believe that Agile in particular Scrum is the way to go for BI projects – which is my main speciality. As most business users are not familiar with the latest BI technologies, working iteratively, prototyping, showcasing, will help them to understand how technology can solve their business problems and by adapting to the ever-changing business requirements, we can guarantee to deliver value and make BI solutions successful.
