My Name is Deviyanti Setionegoro, I have worked for almost more than 15 years experience in IT Industry fields, specializing in resource management, project leadership, and agile methodologies, I am confident that my skills and qualifications align with the needs of your team. I am eager to bring my expertise in optimizing resource allocation, enhancing project profitability, and fostering collaboration to contribute to the success of your IT projects.

In my current role as a Resource Management Specialist in the PMO division at PT Sigma Cipta Caraka, I have successfully led initiatives to standardize internal resource capabilities and skills, developed project profitability dashboards, and implemented internal tools such as the Peppers and Mobile Timesheet applications. These efforts have directly contributed to optimizing resource utilization, improving productivity, and ensuring cost efficiency across multiple IT projects. Additionally, I have played a key role in collaborating with various departments—including pre-sales, sales, and delivery operations—to identify and allocate the best internal resources for projects before considering outsourcing. This collaborative approach has enabled us to maintain a high level of operational efficiency and deliver projects on time and within budget.

As a Certified Scrum Master with a solid background in agile methodologies, I have had the privilege of managing cross-functional teams and fostering a productive, collaborative work environment. I also hold a Human Resource Professional Certification, which has allowed me to take a holistic approach to resource management, ensuring that our internal teams are well-equipped with the necessary skills and training to successfully deliver projects.
