Hello everyone! I've been an Agilist since the beginning. I was an engineer, living in a Waterfall world, searching for something better. Rather than crazy, iron triangle ways of building code (fixed time, scope and money), I discovered the benefits of embracing Agile - simply a better way of building code or anything, frankly. I have worked in IT for 25 years. I have seen ways of working, come and go. But Agile simply made sense. It is made for sustainable pace, experimental iterative incremental delivery and embracing a continuous cycle of growth and change. It is not about embracing unrealistic expectations of what might be done, but rather about embracing reasonable and sustainable pace about what is potentially achievable and believable. I have and continue to grow as an Agilist, an engineer, a leader, a trainer and a coach.
