Peter Karlson

Peter Karlson is a prototypical technology entrepreneur with over 20-years’ experience as a Chief Technology Officer, Peter is passionate about helping small-medium sized business make the best technology decisions. Under his leadership, NeuEon created the innovative Fractional-CIO and Fractional CTO models to provide the highest level of IT expertise to start-ups and growing companies. Peter’s collaborative approach to working with clients has won him high praise from senior executives across industries.

Previously, under his leadership at the Internet software development firm Harrison & Troxell, Inc. Peter designed and managed the development of multi-million dollar software platforms for companies such as Monster.com/TMP Worldwide, Business Wire and Federated Department Stores.  Growing the company from 2 to 50 prior to its sale to Inforonics in 2001 As VP of Technology at Inforonics, Peter ran the Office of Technology managing the portfolio of intellectual property for the 40-year-old technology company.  A 2008 participate in the Entrepreneurial Development Program at MIT, Peter serves as the Entrepreneur in Residence at the Cape Cod Chamber and is a former board member and past chairman of the Cape Cod Technology Council. Peter also serves on the Board of Directors of the Cape and Islands Workforce Investment Board, and on the advisory board of the Southern New England Entrepreneurs Forum (SNEEF) and the Charlton College of Business at the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.   Peter has a bachelor of science in computer science from Northeastern University.
