Irmtraud Putz

Born in Lower Austria, I moved to Vienna where I studied Architecture at the technical university of Vienna. After several years with "dusty shoes" by managing constructions, in 2004 I started to follow a complete different way to that what I did the last 15 years before. Planned as short trip to another topic, it kept me in the IT-Branche until now, for more than 10 years ..
In 2011, the company decided to change their product development strategy by establishing agile software development and I had the change to be part of this new path.  

After my Scrum Master and Product Owner certification in 2011 I overtook a team as a Scrum Master.
In the course of attending serveral Scrum events, especially the Scrum Gatherings, made me possible to learn more about scrum and what it means to be a good scrum master not only by passing new ideas and techniques to my team. I like this job and I am still high motivated to learn more about helping and assisting the team to improve and evolve.
